Overview
Take it down a notch or two and join us on our Brunswick River Nature Kayak Tour. The Brunswick River is one of the most beautiful river systems in New South Wales. We run our tours on high tide when the waters create a crystal-clean and calm oasis to kayak in. Kayak along peaceful waters where the only interruption will be from local sea birds and wildlife calling out as you cruise by. This kayak tour is a gentle-paced adventure. Take the time out to breathe in the clean salty air.

About your host
Go Sea Kayak Byron BayWe are award-winning sea kayak experts, owned and operated by Local Surf Lifesavers. Climb aboard our super stable kayaks and take in the view of magnificent Cape Byron Headland as you kayak with local dolphins. Take a break from kayaking and snorkel hidden reefs with turtles and view the massive Humpback Whales only meters from your kayak during migration season. All of our crew are passionate about protecting Mother Nature and acting ethically upon our tours and throughout our operations. We are working constantly at this and making improvements in sustainability all the time. Below are some examples of our efforts: 1. Solar Power - our business is run by the sun, our trailer has solar panels, and large battery’s storing power enables us to use it for our office equipment, radios, phones, and other equipment, we are an off-grid business. 2. Reduce single use plastics - we are working on reducing our use of single use plastics. Guides have agreed to use stainless drinking bottles and we suggest you do the same. We also are working on eliminating single use coffee cups ( we all need a coffee) and having our own mugs within the workplace. 3. Buying local - our food is mainly sourced locally from local farmers and producers through the Brunswick Village Grocer store. 4. Use reef-safe sunscreen to help protect our reefs and ourselves
