Fun tour for Muggles of all ages. The guide will cater the tour according to everyone's interests. See Christ church film site. Find out how studying at Oxford University compares with studying at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The final hour of the 3-hour tour will be self-guided using an audio guide.
What you will be doing
We will introduce you to the references to Willian Shakespeare here who baptised his godson here and to the Anglo-Saxon tower dating back to 1040 AD
This tour includes entry ticket to the Divinity School Harry Potter film site at the Bodleian library- as and when Divinity school is open. This venue is where they filmed the infirmary and dance scenes. Please note that the Duke Humfrey Library upstairs is not included as it's not open to guided tours. You can book tickets for adults or children aged 11+ to see Duke Humfreys library. Please note that when Divinity School is closed, we replace it with entry to New College film site but if New College is also closed, we cannot promise entry
Balliol College
Please note that Christ church does not permit guiding inside the college, therefore, this part of the tour will be self-guided using audio guide with a guaranteed pre-booked entry ticket. The tour ends with us dropping you off here
