🗺️ Instructions: Our round trip transportation covers hotels in San Jose del Cabo, the corridor, and the Cabo San Lucas tourist area. Pick up is approximately 1 hour before the start of your tour. Upon booking, you can specify your exact hotel. Please contact us to confirm your specific time of pick up one day before your scheduled tour. We do not offer transportation from hotels outside of the tourist area, such as Hard Rock, Nobu, or Four Seasons (these are approx. 50 min. away from the tourist area); for those hotels, we will pick you up at our standard meeting point: PLAZA GALI, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking

• Not recommended for travellers with back problems, heart problems or other serious medical conditions

• Please bring a beach towel, sandals, a hat, sunscreen and a camera

• We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach

• Prices are the same for both children and adults

• Participants must be at least 6 years old

• Max. weight on tandem kayaks is 195kg/425 lbs

• We recommend the 9 am schedule as in the mornings there is less wind and fewer waves, so the conditions are usually more favourable

• Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation

• The activity lasts 3 hours, including round-trip transportation

• All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn't change if you don't use the transfer option

• The weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day. In the event that strong winds prevent us from getting to the Arch we will spend more time snorkelling to make sure the adventure continues. Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favourable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund. Sometimes we will have to change location, re-schedule, and cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options, and you will make the decision

• We will not issue partial refunds

• If a cancellation is initiated by you, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience to receive full cancellation. No show or last minute cancellation will be charged in full
