You will even have the opportunity to interact with our local hosts to learn how to prepare the famous ceviche, lomo saltado and pisco sour with live cooking demos! You will learn about all the historical and cultural details behind each dish that you will have the chance to taste during this 4-hour Lima walking food tour.
What you will be doing
This 4-hour Lima food tour will allow you to discover the beautiful neighbourhood of Barranco. Your guide will take you to a variety of places filled with locals, which will allow you to get a proper taste of Lima's most emblematic dishes and drinks.
While strolling through the coloured streets of Barranco, you will visit a mix of trendy and more traditional places. These will include an ample variety of tasty bites and drinks that are among Peru's most emblematic, and listed in most to-taste lists.
Aside from discovering new flavours, another important component of this food tour is to discover the story, the cultural background, and the current context associated with each bite.
