Overview
This safari is a comprehensive stargazing activity for all. Including a meal at an authentic Canarian restaurant on our way up the mountain and also stopping for an amazing sunset from above the Sea of Clouds. It includes the guided use of telescopes for night sky observation of visible planets, the Moon, stars, galaxies & more. Join us as we take a safari trek across the night sky, and learn detailed explanations of the science and mythology by expert astronomy guides.
What you will be doing
Dine at a Canarian Restaurant on the way up the mountain. The restaurant is La Granja in Los Menores. They own a Pig Farm in North Tenerife, so Pork is their speciality. Your clients will be treated to a pork steak fresh from the farm, a quarter chicken, a side salad and Canarian potatoes with a freshly baked bread roll and mojo sauces. To finish a beautiful Chocolate cake. Fancy a drink? Why not try some nice Spanish wine or beer and soft drinks for everyone? For vegetarians, we have grilled Wild Mushrooms & Padron Peppers with wrinkled potatoes! (Suitable for vegans also)

The language on the bus is ENGLISH ONLY. Our translators meet us on site and the main presentation can be in your selected language. (don't worry you wont miss a thing as they will catch you up with anything that the English guide has said on the bus)
